hi i just wanted to know my great gramma is a full native ameriacan and in the early 1900 her mom and dad moved to mexico from new mexico but my great grand ma was born in new mexico witch we have to birth certificate is there any way my grand ma can become a US citizen or is there any more paper work that we need.

A person born on US soil is a USA citizen by birth.
