Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
My wife got her green card. Then we divovced. She got remarried 3 months later. She went back to Mexico because has to work to get her retirement. I do not think that she has changed her address or name for immigration. Should I send a letter to immigration so I will not be responsible since she is not my dependent?

You are still responsible for her under the Affidavit of Support, form I-864. Your responsibility as a sponsor doesn't end with divorce. It may end if she becomes a US citizen, dies, moves permanently abroad and looses her permanent resident status, etc.
