Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Kansas

i am 15 years old and on probation. I violated my probation once by getting a theft charge. I failed a drug screen and got another violation. I have court soon and im wondering if i will go to jail when i go to court.

If you do not already have an attonrey represmnting you in the case or probation violation allegation,.get one immeidatly. you could go to juvenile custody directly from the courthouse. If you and your parents think you cannot afford to hire counsel, ask the court to appoiint one at your earliest opprtunity.
