Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
My brother in laws ex is living at his house with the kids. She is suppose to be paying $300 a month to help out with utilities but hasn't paid in 3 months can he legally call and have the water shut off?

Bass landlord actions never seen to go well for the landlord. It is preferable to evict a tenant rather than shutting the ff a utility. He should consult directly with a landlord tenant attorney in his area.
