Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
I'm having an issue with a landlord he has denied the right for two different tenants to take over the lease I am currently in. No where in lease contract states that it has to be a college student . He denied both individuals because they weren't college students. So has the landlord broke the lease? What do I do?

Perhaps you can sublet your tenancy. You will get rent from the subtenants, yet still owe rent to the landlord.
Good luck
