Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
Whether the lessor can demand the interest from the lessee on account of late payment of rent when the rent agreement between both parties is silent on the issue? The property is in Maharashtra, so which provision of Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 will be applicable in this matter?
