Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas

I live in an apartment and have asked multiple times for mold to be cleaned from the bathrooms, bedroom, and kitchen. The apartment claims they had not received online requests, however, I have confirmation emails. I have already found a new place to live and have given them 60 day notice, but they say I am liable for the rest of my lease. Can you help me?
