Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Kansas

What can i do about a urinating in public charge? Am i going to have to register as a sex offender in the state of kansas? What can i do so it has the least effect on my permanent record?

Obviously, you will likely do better if you have competent legal representation. Depending upon the spcifics of yrou case, you might have to register at some point, but it is ulikely. So far you have only been accused of a crime and convicte dof nothing. If your attorney can prevent aconviction, it will lessen the effect on your future record.
