In the State of Kentucky,can an judgement be made against a person drawing S.S.I. Disability for an amount owed on a credit card?

Yes, a judgment can be entered against a person whose only source of income is SSI Disability. Whether the creditor can collect on that judgment is a different question -- especially if the debtor is careful not to mix exempt assets with non-exempt assets.
