Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
arrested for dui and driving on a suspended licence
A cop saw me pull from a gas pump to the side of the gas station then go in and pay.When i came out he asked if i had my licence back which he knew i didnt from prior arrest.Then searched me and said i was under the influnce.He gave me a fst which i past then took me to the hospital for blood test.I had weed in my system so he charged me for dui.I hadent smoked since the night before.Can they get me for DUI and i was never read my rights? Am i screwed or what?
