i was caught taking 2oo dollars worth of lotter tickets and i just want to no much money you can take in the staet of ky before it is a felony?

Generally it's $300. However, there may be an increased penalty b/c of the fact they were lotto tickets.

Generally speaking, the felony theft limit in Kentucky is $300 -- under $300 is generally a misdemeanor and over $300 is generally a felony.
