Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
my name is tammy and my boyfriend dwayne coldiron spit on a corrections officer inm 2008 and no charges were pressed. he served on a different charge in june. before they let him out they said there were no other charges. then the day after he served out a charge was brought up. it was an assalt charge about the incedent in 2008. i was just wondering is this completly legal? he was incarserated the entire time. please e-mail me. thanks
