traffic violation for 3rd offense
is it necessary to hire an attorney if your facing 30 days in jail for your 3rd offense of having no insurance?

Yes!! Anytime a person is facing jail time it's worth hiring an attorney. That time might be reduced or suspended to probation. Also, a lawyer can take a look at other legal issues you may not be aware of.
