Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
Child Rights as a Minor
At what age, in the state of Kentucky, does a child have the right to make a decision or have say regarding which parent they live with? At that age can they go before the judge and say ''This is where I want to live.''?

Re: Child Rights as a Minor
The older a child, the more weight the child's
opinion will carry. However, there is no
"magic age" at which a child's wish will be
the only determining piece of evidence for a judge.
