grandparent rights of visitation state of Ky

Our son is going to be denied custody of his infant daughter.

We are wondering if we would have the right to request visitation .

The mother is not in favor of this

You have the right to request visitation but would need to prove it is in the child's best interest and, with mom not in favor, you frankly have an uphill battle.
