Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Guardianship

My legal/biological mother told me that when I turn 18 she can apply for guardianship so she can still make decisions on my behalf after I'm declared an adult. Basically so I won't have any freedoms even though I'm 18. I am mentally competant and not physically disabled at all. I don't think this is possible. Please tell me if she can.
