Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Is moving out prior to or during a divorce beneficial or harmful regarding legal

When my wife and I met, she owned her own home. We've been together for 20 months, but I never have been put on the title to the home. Does this hurt or help me in any way now that we are going to file for divorce? If I were to move out prior to us filing or during divorce proceedings, will I forfeit any legal rights that I may have and will I make myself vulnerable in any way?

Ownership prior

any increase in value of house during course of

marriage, especially if you were financially

contributing to expenses. Moving out is not determinative.
