Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
Noncustodial visitation
I want to know if visitation requires that the noncustodial parent be present for the visitation that he fights for and is awarded or can he do whatever he wants with it and continually pass the kids off to others during ''his'' time?

Re: Noncustodial visitation
Most Kentucky courts that I deal with award visitation to the non custodial parent without any strings attached. That is to say how the time is used is not controlled by the court or the custodial parent.
Re: Noncustodial visitation
In general, I concur with the posting by Mr. LeSieur.
However, if the people to whom the noncustodial parent
"passes off" the children are likely to have a detrimental
effect on them, that should be brought to the court's
attention. Also, depending on how much time is spent
with dad versus "others," some modification of the
visitation might be in order.
