Medical Record Releases to Attorneys
Is an attorney entitled to the patient's first free copy of medical records, even when the patient has not indicated this on their signed authorization form?

Are you referring to the patient's atty? If the atty has a signed authorization from the patient/client, then the atty is "standing in the shoes" of the patient and is as entitled as the patient to the 1st free copy. Any issues should be addressed to the atty if there is a problem.
