Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kentucky
hi there, I was just wondering if "Conditional Permanent Resident" considered as "Lawful Permanent Resident". If so, does it mean that after 2 yrs and 9 months from the date on the Conditional Green Card, I'll be eligible for Naturalization to become a citizen. Or do I have to wait for 3 years after I receive the Unconditional Green card. Thank you so much!!

First of all, you will have to apply to remove conditions from residence.
3 or 5 years period required for naturalization starts accruing from the date you had become a conditional resident.
