Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

yes when i was in walmart with my fiance over the weekend my ex mother in law came up and slammed into my buggy and started to cuss and harrass me about creditors calling her house saying i need to stop giving her number out to them........i havent gave any of them my number but she wont stop harrassing me or my mother about it and then walked off saying listen to my warning and stuff.........question is what can i do legally to her to stop her from this harrassment and what to do about this situation

If she physically assaulted you, you should press criminal charges. Otherwise you could file a civil suit against her.
