Eligibility for Social Security Disability ("SSD")

is determined by considering whether your medical condition(s)

are severe enough to prevent you from doing any reasonable type of work

(taking into consideration your age, education, and work experience).

You should ask your doctor(s) for their opinion(s)

on this issue. It couldn't hurt you to apply for SSD

benefits. Frequently people are turned down at the first

application level, but there are appeals which may

be more successful. Attorneys may not charge a fee unless/until

an appeal is successful. In the short run, however,

conferring with your medical providers will

provide you with the best information. Best wishes.
