Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

Getting access to a will after someone dies

Can I legally get a copy of a will from my childs paternal grandmother? She died about a year ago. I heard that some of the specifics included the father reinstating a relationship and contact with my child.

If her will has been probated, then it is public record. In Kentucky, go to the District Court Clerk in the county where your grandmother lived/died. It should also be recorded in the County Clerk's office were deeds, etc. are recorded.
