What are a bennificaries rights?

Does a Bennificary have the right to see the paper work from an estate, especially when it is her fathers? My father wanted a court appointed atty. and my sister (executor) is using a friend of her controlling husband, Is there anyway they can be unfair and hide investments? My brother and I are in the dark. HELP!

You have every right to see the documents on file with the District Court (Probate Division). These are public records.
