Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky
Children Left out of Will
Does children of a deceased parent have any claim to an estate that they were left out of? The whole estate was left in a will to (1) child and nothing was left to the other (2) children.

Re: Children Left out of Will
While there is no absolute right of a child to
inherit from a parent under Kentucky law, there
may be issues to explore as to whether challenging
the will would be productive. For example, was
the will made at a time when the mental capacity
of the deceased parent might have been impaired.
