Rights of companion-caregiver for a disabled person

What legal right would my Dad's girlfriend have to his property after he has passed away? She has been living with him for 2 years and has taken care of him since he had a stroke in Sept.2001?

She would have no rights unless your father provided for her in his will. It

is possible she could make a claim for payment for caretaking services, but

she would have no automatic entitlement without proving

a contract for such services.
