Lambert is right. And it depends on whether it is a workers compensation claim or a social security disability claim. Injuries on the job are compensible whether disabling or not.

You haven't given us much information to go on. If you were injured at work, you need to contact an attorney that handles worker's compensation claims. Otherwise, contact any personal injury lawyer. Most, like me, do not charge for the intial consultation and will not charge you anything to prosecute your case if they take it.
