I got caught for possession of marijuana and got caught a second time with identical charges. What should I do before court and what are my legal options?

If you were charged with misdemeanor grade possession you will be eligible for a probated sentence. If the court is the same and you plan to plead guilty, then you should arrange to do both at the Same time. Possession is an enhanceable offense and you are working towards a felony. You will probably be fined, probated sentence and ordered to do random drug testing.
