Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana
My daughter applied and was accepted into nursing school. She'd been hit by an 18-wheeler, and had a back injury, which they knew about. After 5 weeks of school, with good academic standing, she was expelled because of her disability. They refused her appeal, though she did nothing wrong, won't return her calls and won't give her money back. Does she have a leg to stand on?
