Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana

I've been trying to get some legal advice my brother was locked up on 11-3-2010 he was advised of his miranding rights but he was also on probation he signed a paper to violate him but he cant read he is 29 years old he was diagnoised at age 7 no one read to him only had him to sign the papers he know smalln words as in the,is,are,am etc. but he cant use them in a sentence or comprehend to nothing he reads i really need help

He will need an attorney and should be given a public defender. You can also communicate with his parole/probation officer to explain your concerns.
