Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana

My son has a Disability Appeal hearing in 2 weeks; he is working as best as possible as he has a daughter to support; should he proceed with his Disability Hearing or would we just be wasting everyone's time. He is Bi-Polar and struggles every day to go to work; he lost a job with UTLX which is a co. that manufactures Tank Cars for the railroad due to several poor decisions on the job.

Your lawyer can best answer your question. If you do not have a lawyer, then you made a mistake. You are never wasting your time, but I will tell you that Bi-polar is not uncommon and many many people are functioning fine with that condition if properly medicated.
