Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana
If an asset is listed in a bankruptcy document filed but he/she has not been to court date yet, can they sell the asset before the court date? What if this was not disclosed that the person could not disperse of any asset. Is it technical only to the "specific" date document was actually filed?

No assets can be disposed of without court permission once filed.
