Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

My ex boyfriend was a card holder (with his name) on a credit card issued in my name. Is there a way to make him responsible for half the balance?

You can sue him for any charges he made or should otherwise be responsible for (either in whole or part), but the credit card company can still come after you for the whole debt. If the credit card company sues you, you can file a "third party demand" against him for his portion.
