Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

I notify by fedex to collection agency to stop calling me and family member I will consider any other contact as harassment.. They contact me by mail. Portfolio Collection agency received the mail on 9/8/11 and sign for it. They have me on 9/11/11. Can I sue them for harassment, since they had enough time to read the letter.

When you tell them to stop contacting you, they stop calling, but they can still send mail.
