Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

i have 10 days left on a 2 year probation sentence and i still owe money and need my ged. i cant work because i have to have knee surgery, and i scheduled to take my test but the only dates i can take it is after my probations supposed to end. i have proof that i scheduled and paid to take my test, and proof of whats going on with my knee. i havent got into any trouble over the 2 years, and never violated my probation. what will most likely happen?

At the discretion of the probation officer and/or the court, your probation could be terminated as scheduled. But, it is likely that the period of probation will be extended to allow you time to complete the requirements as originally ordered.
