Louisiana DUI
I got a DUI but did take the breath or blood test. What would be the legal defensefor this.

If you took the breath test and your reading was above the limit for your status (there are lower limits for persons under 21 and for drivers of highly sensitive vehicles such as carriers of hazardous cargo) the court can, if the test was administered properly, use that as a basis to find you guilty.
There are more improper tests than most people (including lawyers) think. I therefore recommend that you contact a lawyer with extensive experience in the defense of DUI/DWI cases.
