Financial gifting. Can it be revoked?
My aunt gifted $1,000,000 to her siblings as part of her estate planning. With no reason given, she wants to revoke the gift. Is this possible? One sibling has also spent several thousand dollars of her gift. is she legally obligated to pay that back?

No, a gift cannot be revoked...but was it really a gift???tell anyone affected to use some of the gift to hire a lawyer
