Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My daughter's school called child protection services for alleged neglect and abuse based on a rumor about her that was started by another student. This is not the first case where she was the victim of vicious rumors, the first involved her being bullied by 10-12 boys. Two teachers questioned her and she denied the allegations and was sent back to class. Do I have any grounds to sue or file a complaint against the school once this case is closed by CPS and it is determined that these claims are completely false and unfounded?

First, the school must report any suspected abuse. This is the law. Additionally, mandatory reporters may have immunity from suit.
