My divorce was finalized 2 yrs. ago

Paperwork shows ex-husband to pay utilities, & maintain home I live in. He was to stop this. Can he? What can I do to hold him to what was decided by the court?

File a rule for contempt of court and ask he catch everything up to date, and pay court costs and attorneys fees.
