drop the divorce?
Is it easier to drop the divorce proceedings inorder to move out of state? Or to send the letter within 60 days notifiying the other parent I want to move because of an employment offer?

The law changed to where you have to file a motion with the court asking to move if your spouse does not approve. You can no longer just send a letter and move if the other parent does not object within the time delays.
