Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Visitation from Praental Allienation

I have been divorced over 8yrs. I have 2 daughters and the oldest one will be 12yrs old next year. The youngest is 9yrs. I have been dealing with a mother that has used every means for 8yrs to minimize my visitation with my girls. She has for years used sutle comments and actions to make them feel bad about comming to my home for my legal visitation time.. Also, she has on numerous occasions to just ''Take Off'' with the childeren on my ''Legal'' weekends. They now do not want to come during my said visitation. I have managed to get them to a childerns counselor. This counsel has been for 2.5 months.. I now have not had them over for 3 months now.. The counsel has managed to get me a phone conversation on Wed. nights at 7:30pm. I have spent several hundered dollars for 1 call on Wed. Nights. Can I get better than this.. What enforceble legal action can be taken?

You have the right to exercise the visitation you were granted by Judgment.
