wifes adultery

my wife has been seeing someone else while we are still married. we seperated at the end of january2009 i over heard a phone conversation and a voicemail from the other guy and shes tells him she loves him...this had to be going on for a while being that ive only been out of the house since begining of febuary...and their in love already..my question is i signed papers for something that her lawer had me sign about giving her 500 per month in child support by the way theres a 3 yr old little girl involved..is there a way to keep the other man from being around my child and where i dont have to pay her? im in louisiana if it matters for the laws

I assume a divorce has been filed. You need to include custody/visitation/child support in that. You can stop him and her from spending the night together while the child is with her, but should they later marry, there is little you can do without extremely strong evidence that his presence endangers the child.
