Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
If being accused of something in open court with no evidence, would have a case for slander in Louisiana. Also is there anything that can be filed for communication with my child until divorce is finalized

There is limited protection from defamation cases when the alleged defamatory statement was made in a court of law. The protection is not absolute, but the general rule is that one can't be sued for defamation for making allegations in court.
As for communication with your child, yes you can petition the court to allow that.
