Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
the court serve my attorney a court date for me on july 7 the court date was for aug 21 my attorney did not inform me my attorney sent me a letter friday aug 18 stating he no longer could be my attorney my attorney went coach a baseball game on this date due to not being in court i lost $3000 that was previous awarded to me $1500 other attorney fee and $367 court cost is their something i can do and can i do something about this attorney

You can make a complaint against the attorney at www.LADB.org. You may have a malpractice injury suit against the attorney also.
