Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

invasion of privacy

I have just completed a book and it is ready for publication. It is a true story although written as fiction. All names have been changed and many geographical locations have been changed. Many characters are deceased although the siblings are still alive. What are the chances of a lawsuit for ''invasion of privacy'' should anyone recognise someone in the book? I might add that there is nothing in this book that is negative concerning anyone. I am also using a pen name.

This question is far too complex for this forum. Consult an attorney who specializes in intellectual property.
