Legal Question in Immigration Law in Louisiana
I went to India for my H1B visa stamping on 12/24/2009. I had my Visa interview on 01/06/2010.
I got 221g Additional Administrative Processing blue form. My employer terminated me on 03/02/2010 because of longer period of absence. My employer said that they send any letter to USCIS about my termination. And I got my visa issued on 03/15/2010. Can I return to US with that Visa and look for a new job or change my status to F1? Please advise

No, you can't. You can come on a visitor's visa if the purpose of the visit is to seek a new employment after being terminated by a former prospective employer. If the purpose is education, apply for a F1 visa while abroad. You may want to ask your former employer for reinstatement, and only if they give you your job back, you can come on that H1B visa.
