property settlement

furniture moved without my knowledge, she took what she wanted and left me with what she wanted to have. the person she was seeing came in my house and bragged to me on what he had done to me. i had to sec christ because no one had never took anything from me. now she wants to settle property. dont you think its alittle out of chariter for her to want setttle now, knowning what she have done

Property settlements deal with more than just furniture. Negotiation is in your best interest; otherwise, it will be up to the judge in your divorce case to decide a property settlement.
