Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

My brother talked me into doing an Act of Donation to him for my 41 acres and home so he could qualify for a fed loan (land needing to be in his name to raise cattle). I was letting him live on the property for free. I did the donation without usafruct trusting in him 100%. 2 weeks later, he gave me 36 hours to get off the property, move, and had me arrested when I went back to get my things. How can I reverse the Act of Donation?

Do not add another stupid mistake to the first. Get to an Attorney right away to protect yourself and save your property.
