Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Louisiana

If i was charged at the age of 15 with a marijuana possesion (misdemeanor) charge in the state of louisiana, will my records be sealed for licensing agents. I am now 18 years old, i had a pre-trial dicersion and had everything expunged from my juvenile records, i have been told juvenile records are sealed and i should not disclose any information regarding my charge. The form states that i am to state if i have "Have you ever been convicted of or pled no contest to a violation of any law of a foreign country, the united states or any state law or local ordinance? You must include all misdemeanor and felony convictions, regardless of the age of the conviction, including those which have been set aside under penal code section 1203.4."

Will the board have acces to my juvenile records? will i have a better chance by being honest, or should i completely ignore the question and say that i have never been involved with the law?

Be honest. Make sure you tell them that the charge was expunged, though.
