Legal Question in Product Liability in Louisiana
My brother died on the 16 of April of a Massive Heart attack mowing Grass after Drinking a Bottle of that funny Energy Dink(5 Hour Energy).The Doctors found it in his Pockets after Transmitting him to the Emergency Roam.He never recovered,! even said thats what probably Killed him.So I and my family or looking for Legal Advice on what Actions we should take to find out the Real reason for his tragic and sudden Death?

Was an autopsy performed before he was laid to rest? If not, then it would be difficult to determine exactly what caused his heart attack. If he had heart disease and it ran in the family, those might explain a lot. In any event, an expert should have been employed to determine the exact cause of death.
